The Ron/Hermione hint in the PoA trailer!

Ok, we all need to wake up in here, haha.

Ok, I know everyone is jumping up and down about the hint of R/Hr in the PoA trailer(In case you haven't seen it, Hermione is scared and reaches out to grab Ron's hand, they look at each other, and look away all embarrassed and stuff).

Naturally, the H/Hr's are taking this two ways:

1. Well Ron likes Hermione, so I'm not shocked that he put that in the movie.(notice they don't say H---->R)

2. The Director of this movie has NO IDEA what he's talking about! Like OMG! Why is he ruining Canon like this?

First of all, Ron didn't put this in the movie. Cuaron did, and H/Hr shippers are both stupid -and- blind if they can miss all the BLATANT hinting. And I still can't believe they try to ship them when JKR has said they will never be more than platonic. You don't get much more of a blatant anti-hint than that.

Apparently, the director has read the books more closely than the throngs of unintelligent H/Hr shippers. The hinting is canon.

I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw the "hand moment". It made me so very, very happy.
I don't think they're unintelligent. Wrong, maybe, but it's not kind or fair to call them stupid just because we disagree with them.

But yeah, the hand-grabbing rocked! *high-fives Paddita*

I don't know if there's much about it to debate, though. At this point it's just going to go the way the CoS non-hug did: we can argue a few points, but they can always keep their side afloat simply by insisting they don't see it, and R/H-ers can't force them to see (or admit to seeing) things the right our way. We can't really win this one either, you know? That's the fun in it, I suppose.

Then again, what the hand-grab has going for it that the non-hug doesn't is that Hermione is definitely the one who initiates it. I don't understand how they can argue against H-->R in this case. Do they say that Ron takes it the wrong way?
Hey guys! Thanks for answering.

Well since this is our Goodship debate area, we all KNOW it's going to come up in debates. So what's the best way to defend our stance without just saying "It's canon, the end"(because you know I'll do it, haha).

*hi fives everyone for the R/Hr hand holding scene!*

BOOK 6 OR BUST!

Veela
my sister acted the SAME way!!(she's H/Hr I CANNOT BELIEVE IT..my OWN flesh and blood..I feel ashamed)

R/Hr is like 800 times more canon than H/Hr. Also, I'm pretty sure Cuaron would have to get things approved by JKR. I think she would have put her foot down if she really thought it was uncanon.
